This assessment process measures 100 specific leadership behaviors, asks assessors to rate the relative importance of 12 leadership tasks, and collects confidential written comments which are transcribed and reported as part of a detailed 60+ page feedback report for each participant. The results of the Edge360 for Leaders can be combined with the results of a participant's Knowledge for Leaders assessment results to give the most complete leadership assessment available.
