Returns: Because we offer the service of previewing training videos, we do not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once an order has been shipped and confirmed with the customer except in the case of Damaged Product. If the program purchased is damaged upon receipt, we will send a replacement, provided the damage is reported within 30 days of delivery.
If we do not offer a free trial or preview of the product; we offer a 14 day money back guarantee: If you do not like a product AND you do not use the product for training, Return the product within 14 days after receiving it and we will refund your money back minus a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees, repackaging etc.
