Terms of Service/
Returns: Because we offer the service of previewing training videos, we do not credit returns for video purchases or rentals once an order has been shipped and confirmed with the customer except in the case of Damaged Product. If the program purchased is damaged upon receipt, we will send a replacement, provided the damage is reported within 30 days of delivery.
Payments: Employee University accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment. If a purchase order is accepted, invoices are due upon receipt. Invoice paid late - 2% of the invoice will be added to the owed amount for each week after the 30 day past due point. Invoices will be emailed to the "Bill To" person unless requested to submit it by other means.
Use of Preview Media: Preview tapes must never be used for training. Previewers agree to use the FREE Preview service for the sole purpose of reviewing the media for purchase. Previewers should request titles first knowing the purchase price of the video; willing to pay the purchase or rental price should the media meet training objectives.
Returning Previews: The customer must return the previews at their expense, within 30 days, by traceable means, insured, packed responsibly, and follow any instructions packed with the previews. If the videos are not shipped from the previewers location on or before the 30th day following delivery, Employee University reserves the right to invoice the previewer $40.00 per tape. (FYI: This is our policy and we will invoice in this case, but to date, thankfully, this is a an invoice we have yet to print).
Purchasing Previewed Media: In order to provide this service, we invest shipping costs, time, and materials to provide this service FREE. If a previewer decides to purchase a training video that Employee University sent as part of the Free Preview service, the previewers obligation is to purchase the training media from Employee University if we offer an acceptable delivery date/time and price. Failure to do so voids the terms of FREE Previews and the previewer will be invoiced $40.00 per previewed video. To emphasize, this only applies IF the previewer WISHES to purchase one of the training videos sent for preview by Employee University but decides to purchase the video(s) from another vendor.
