Although we seem capable of coping with considerable change in our domestic lives, at work we often display an inability to adjust to new demands and suffer stress and anxiety.

Based on the ideas of TV and radio counselor Philip Hodson, Days of change will help everyone get in touch with the positive, creative and refreshing aspects of change and overcome the negative ones.

The film looks at the subject from the individual's point of view, helping them understand their own thoughts, feelings and behavior, and brings an appreciation of how others feel when confronted by change. It conveys the message that through a greater understanding of ourselves and those we work with it's possible to develop the ability to cope with change and make it work for us.
